Duluth Dylan Fest Songwriter Contest 

Since 2015, the Duluth Dylan Fest has held the annual singer-songwriter contest.  The fest committee expresses our deepest gratitude to each songwriter who has entered our songwriting contests.  Your talent is incredible.  Here is a list of the past winners:

2022

1st Place – Wille Durie – Hibbing. Minnesota
2nd Place – Skarlett Woods, Bemidji, Minnesota
3rd Place – Misisipi Mike Wolf – San Francisco, California/Duluth, Minnesota

2021

1st Place – Shane Nelson – Superior, Wisconsin
2nd Place – Will Durie – Hibbing, Minnesota
3rd Place – Svare Forsland, Bogalusa, Louisiana

The winning song by Share Nelson was made into a collaborative YouTube video: Song From the North Country: Mason Lowe.”
